DFC employees and coaches follows industry guidelines and best practice for coaching ratios. I understand DFC is not responsible for any Injury/damages which may be incurred during my child/ren's participation in the activities provided and agree to hold them harmless from claims for injuries or damages, aside from DFC's legal responsibilities. I understand that DFC has qualified first-aiders within its team and may provide first aid in response to any injury. DFC's staff will contact the parent/guardian, using the contact information provided, should any incident arise. DFC promotes consideration and respect for all. If an incident arises the DFC staff will address and may contact that parent's. We operate a zero-tolerance approach to bullying, and any bullying or physical threat/action may lead to camp expulsion, without refund. I certify that aside from any declarations in the registration form, there are no health-related reasons, allergies or restrictions which prelude my child's participation in these activities. I give DFC permission to use any still or moving image's of me and my children for advertising, marketing and social media purposes.
